or, if no person is named herein, the Secretary of the Association, as my true and lawful Proxy, to attend and represent the undersigned at the annual meeting of the members of the Association to be held on the date and time listed above, or any adjournments thereof.
The appointed Proxy may exercise the entire vote of the undersigned on all matters on which the undersigned is entitled to vote at such meeting. Such Proxy is authorized to vote in his/her discretion on any matter properly brought before the meeting for which the undersigned has given no directions as to the manner of casting the undersigned’s vote. Such Proxy shall have full power of substitution in the event that he/she is unable or declines to serve as my proxy.
Only one proxy per home/unit may be used. Attendance at the meeting by an owner will invalidate this proxy. Only one member per home/unit is required to sign the proxy. The proxy form must either be turned in at the meeting, or received prior to the meeting by the Association’s managing agent at: Compass Association Management, Inc., 1011 Woodridge Lane, Watkinsville, GA 30677.
Members must be current in the payment of all assessments and charges owed to the Association to be eligible to vote either in person at the meeting or through a proxy.
