Angie Durham

Angie is a native of Oconee County. She attributes her hard work ethic to her parents and working on the family farm. Upon graduating from Georgia Military College in Milledgeville with a degree in Business, Angie pursued a career in real estate. She received her Georgia real estate license in October 2000 and began working in the real estate field in Athens. In December 2001 she began working for Parker & Associates specializing in Association Management with the firm. In 2010 Angie obtained her Broker’s license. In 2021 she started Compass Association Management with longtime friend and co-worker, Kellie Scott. Angie and her husband Clay reside in Oconee County with their two sons, Jackson and Luke and their family dog, Champ. Angie enjoys volunteering with different community organizations, going camping with her family and watching her boys play sports.

Kellie Scott

Kellie is a native of Atlanta, where in 1992 she began her career in real estate as a Human Resources Managers/Recruiter for a large commercial firm. Kellie is a licensed Associate Broker and has worked in Association Management since 2004, when she joined Parker & Associates. Though she left P&A for a time to pursue other opportunities, she returned in 2018. In 2021, when the Parker’s announced their retirement from Association Management, Kellie and longtime friend and co-worker, Angie Durham, formed Compass Association Management. Kellie resides in Athens, close to her two grown children. She enjoys running, live music, traveling, time with family and friends and UGA football. With four granddaughters to spoil, life is pretty good. Go Dawgs!

Ansley Irvin

Ansley is an Association Manager for Compass Association Management. She is a native of Oconee County and graduated in 2003 from the University of West Georgia with a degree in Political Science. Ansley and her husband, Jack, reside in Oconee County with their two sons, JT and Andrew. In her spare time, Ansley enjoys camping, baking, and spending time with her family.

Jen

Jen is an Association Manager for Compass Association Management. She grew up in Northern California but relocated to San Diego when her Active-Duty husband was transferred in 2007. 2018 found Jen and her husband, along with their 3 kids, packing up and moving from San Diego all the way to Small Town USA! It’s been quite an adjustment, but Jen and her family are having a blast learning all about what Athens has to offer. She’d love to tell you about the things she does in her spare time, but she doesn’t have any; it’s all used up with various sporting events and her kid’s homework.

Elizabeth Chambers

Elizabeth is an Association Manager with Compass Association Management. She grew up in Madison County where she still resides with her two children, Lucas and Caroline. After almost 7 years of experience in administrative, employee management, dispatching, accounts payable, and rental management, Elizabeth joined Compass in September of 2022. She enjoys coaching fastpitch softball, weekend trips with her family, and singing with her church’s praise team.

Claire McHan – Community Association Manager

Claire is an Association Manager for Compass Association Management. She was born & raised in the UK with a background in Administrative Management and as an Executive Assistant to the Engineering Department of a leading UK airline. She met her husband while he was stationed with the USAF in the UK. She relocated to the US in 2012 and has since worked in real estate, managing a team of 12 Realtors.

Moving to the US has been a big adjustment and Claire is now proud to call herself a dual citizen. She lives in Commerce with her husband, four rescue cats & one dog. Claire has two grown children living in the UK & Australia. In her spare time, she enjoys time with her neighborhood friends who share a common love of cooking.

Little by little her co-workers are beginning to understand the difference between tea & biscuits and biscuits & gravy.

Kimberley

Kimberley was born in New Jersey but has called Athens her home since an early age and considers herself a true Athenian. She graduated from the University of Georgia with a Bachelor of Science. Kimberley has been a Georgia Real Estate Licensee for 20 years. She considers herself blessed to have met and continues to meet a wide variety of interesting people throughout her career. She and her husband, Michael, have two beautiful daughters, Emma and Mary, and three precious dog rescues. Kimberley enjoys spending time with her family and friends, walking, playing cards and baking delicious desserts.

Megan

Megan is an Association Manager for Compass Association Management. She is a native of Buford, Georgia and has lived in Athens with her partner and their three cats for almost three years. In her spare time, she enjoys crafting, photography and going to flea markets.

Cameron

Cameron grew up in the Metro Atlanta area and moved to Athens in 2016 to attend the University of Georgia. Cameron achieved a degree in Political Science by 2019 and began looking to get experience in any area that caught their attention. Shortly after Cameron got the administrative assistant position with the company and found it a great fit. Outside of work, Cameron loves the Athens music scene, playing video games, and spending time with their rescued puppy Frankie.

Alana

Alana was born and raised in Walton County and has lived within an hour of Athens her entire life. She moved to the city for school and recently graduated from the University of North Georgia with a degree in Communications. On weekends, She enjoys reading on her Kindle or spending time with her roommates and best friends. Her ultimate goal is to be a stay-at-home mom, but she absolutely loves working at Compass until that dream becomes a reality!

Rachael

Rachael and her husband, Klay, moved back to the great Peach State and Bulldawg Country in 2019. Rachael joined Compass in July of 2024 after 10 years in Hotel Management. Rachael loves to travel, and she is always planning a trip or adventure. You can usually find her outdoors walking, hiking, camping, or zipping around with Klay on their motorcycle. She is a social butterfly who loves to be surrounded with friends and family. Rachael and Klay love dogs and will continue to be Mama and Daddy to as many rescue fur babies as they can.
