Compass Association Management, Inc. was founded in 1988 by Ken and Susan Parker with the purpose of bringing professional property management to the student condominium market. Since that time, Compass Association Management has grown to manage over 75 Condominium and Homeowners Associations.

Although we are licensed real estate brokers, our main business is property management. We provide full service property management, including association management, maintenance services, and complete accounting. Our goal is to improve your investment property and remove all of the headaches of management.

Since each property is unique, our management services are individually tailored. Special situations are welcomed.
